- 7-day returns: you can return unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
- Not returnable: opened books, used or assembled toys, and items without their original packaging, unless they are faulty.
- Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
- Return shipping: for change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
