OVERVIEW
Welcome to Brandless. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Brandless, a store based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Brandless operates this online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Brandless is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By visiting or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our products are for children, but purchases must be made by adults. You agree that the information you give us (name, email, phone, delivery address) is accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

2. WHERE WE SELL
We currently sell and deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).

3. PRODUCTS AND AGE GUIDANCE
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and appearance may vary slightly on different screens. Age recommendations are guidance only. Please read the safety information on each product and always supervise young children during play, especially with small parts. We may change or discontinue products and limit quantities at any time.

4. ORDERS AND PRICES
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only once we confirm it and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error) and will refund any payment in full. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

5. DELIVERY
We deliver to all seven emirates. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page for fees and timings. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including the Brandless name, owl logo, text, images and design, belongs to Brandless or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without our written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Brandless is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Brandless. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Brandless, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Brandless.

10. PRIVACY
Personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be processed by Shopify under its privacy policy.

11. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us reviews, ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them to run and improve the Services without payment to you. Feedback must be lawful and must not be misleading, offensive or infringe anyone else's rights.

12. PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Services, including by attempting fraud, transmitting malicious code, scraping or collecting other people's data, reselling our products commercially without permission, or interfering with the security or operation of the store. We may suspend or close access if these Terms are breached.

13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Brandless is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. INDEMNITY
You agree to compensate Brandless for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring a claim before the competent UAE authorities.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in force when the order was made.
