Shipping policy

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.

Delivery fees

• AED 25 flat rate per order.
• Free delivery on orders of AED 200 or more.

Delivery times

• Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1-3 working days.
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 2-5 working days.

Orders are prepared within 1-2 working days (Sunday to Friday). Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during public holidays and sale periods.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please make sure your phone number is correct, as our courier may call you to arrange delivery.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry an additional delivery fee.
